Sex should take place at the request of the physical body.

The desire for sex arises at the signal of the physical body. Such a signal means that the body requires the next portion of the hormones it needs.

Such a request must be fulfilled, as well as a sleep and nutrition request.
The effects of hormonal starvation/lack are the same as those of lack of sleep and nutrition.

The law of timeliness is absolute for any age of a person.
