Default --- Changing the definition of "Rules of Sex" ---

In the process of describing the "Rules of Sex", their promotion on social platforms and communication about the "Rules of Sex", user reviews appeared. Thanks to them, there was an understanding that the word "rules" in itself causes the wrong association, it is different from what I want to convey. This is my fault as I am not an original English speaker.

From what I've been able to understand, the word "rules" refers to social norms. But when I talk about the "Rules of Sex", we are not talking about social norms at all.

We consider sex as a biological phenomenon, one of the three basic human instincts. And what I want to describe under the "Rules of Sex" refers exclusively to physiology.

I tried to find a better term for such a description. I took "Laws of Nature" and "Newton's Law of Gravity" as a basis and thought that "Laws of Sex" would be more suitable for sex.

Since English is far from my native language, I would like to ask native English speakers how you perceive the concept of "Laws of Sex"? Does such a concept reflect the idea that I want to describe? If this concept does not fit in your opinion, then please suggest your own.

There are so many abstract ways to view the concept of "laws of sex". I think what you are trying to get at is the true nature of sex. What was sex like between the first two humans? before there were cultures and religions, what were the pure desires and cravings that drove the sexual nature of the few humans that walked the earth.

It's seems like a concept we have long lost to grasp.

How to create the correct term, I will have to think on that one. So far the Laws of Natural Sex seem the most fitting. But I can see where it may need more thought and tweaking.

Luke, thank you very much for your feedback! Your opinion is very helpful!

I'll be glad to hear more opinions from native English speakers about this definition

Default What if we separate sex from sociology and culture, what remains?

What is the physiological purpose of sex? Sex is only a means of reproduction or a universal means of ensuring the balance of human life?

Society has a limited view of the phenomena of sex, underestimating its physiological possibilities. In my understanding, sex causes complex processes of physiological correction of health in the human body and carries an underestimated therapeutic effect.

And so, the question arises, how to use sex correctly to achieve the maximum effect from the use of sex? The rules for sex can provide an understanding of how and when sex is needed for a person.
